innovations in biotechnologies
The new model of immunoresistance in vitro with generation of cell mass of Mammalia bone marrow stem cells with homogenicity rate along the phenotypic characters of about 83% and without using of any standard culture techniques has been developed. Culture studying in vivo showed the postradiational hematopoietic regeneration effect and fast mitigation of immunodeficiency consequences. Modelling was performed upon the conditions of lethal radiation doses applied to animals being injected the bone marrow stem cells. The experiment showed the survival rate of about 100%
